Mindfulness is an evidence-based approach for dealing with stress that can have a radical impact on how we feel about ourselves and our lives.  It can have a dramatic impact on our ability to cope with inevitable stress.

Mindful Wellbeing for Carers
is a short course especially for family carers of someone with additoinal needs.  The course is run in a small group of 6-10 participants.

This course is based on Evelyn's substantial training in the area of Mindfulness and, in particular, Mindfulness Integrated CBT (or MiCBT).  This framework offers a structure with building blocks that supports participants to take away a powerful set of skills that they can use at home with confidence after the course is finished.

What participants are saying …..

"Mindfulness has helped me break an unhelpful habit I had of telling myself how bad things are – I feel different now that I'm letting go of this pattern."

“I’ve learned just how much my evaluations of myself and my kids were impacting on me – now I keep my feet on the ground and negative thoughts that were making things worse are less in the picture”
